⑤ What is a Trial?

What is a Trial?

There are two kinds of trial. One of them is civil trials, which is about settling disputes among individuals about their rights,

and the other is criminal trials. Criminal trials are about finding out whether a person is guilty of a crime or not, and what kind of punishment should be given to them when they are found guilty.

In addition, there is Administrative trials which is to judge whether an action by the administrative authority is legal or justified,

and family trials that cover divorces, inheritance, or other disputes among family members or relatives.

In the center of the hall, you will find the miniatures of the Civil Court, Criminal Court, and the Family Trial Room.

In a criminal trial, there are the seats for the prosecutors and the defendants,

while in civil law suits, there are seats for the plaintiffs and the defendants.

And, in the Family Trial Room, you can see a judge trying to settle

a family dispute peacefully, instead of giving a formal ruling.
